With several beaches to choose - from the larger & longer East Beach (which is right down your street), to the more protected Carousel Beach, to the beautifully scenic Napatree Point Beach - everyone in the family will be able to find 'their' beach!

 

THE SPACE

The top level features a master bedroom and bathroom suite(king size bed) with an attached separate office.  This suite offers magnificent water views from either the bedroom or office with plenty of privacy.  There are two additional bedrooms on the upper level…one with a queen bed and one with twin beds.  There is one additional central bathroom with walk-in shower servicing both bedrooms. Both the master suite and twin bedroom have TV’s.

The mid-level has a gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining room with eight seats.  There is a livingroom and adjacent sitting room with one TV and a gas fireplace.  There is also a central full bathroom.  Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the deck accessed by french doors overlooking the beach(retractable awning as well).

The lower level has a large family room with TV and gas fireplace that also includes a wet bar with a wine refrigerator and dishwasher.  Off the family room is a separate laundry room with utility sink and auxiliary refrigerator.  There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Lastly, there is a guest cottage featuring one separate enclosed bedroom, one full bathroom, sitting room with built in desk and cabinetry.  There are two TV’s in both the bedroom and sitting room. This is the perfect spot for house guests or adult children that is close yet allows for privacy.
